I live out of state. Can you still sell my Florida home?
Yes. Many of my sellers are up north for part of the year. I coordinate showings, cleaners, repairs and inspections, keep you updated by text and video, and you can sign closing documents remotely.
How much will insurance cost on a Florida home?
It depends heavily on the home's age, roof, wind protection and flood zone. Two homes on the same street can differ by thousands a year. That's why my True Cost Report gets real quotes and estimates before you write an offer.
Should I worry about buying a condo?
Not if you do your homework. Florida's newer condo laws require building inspections and fully funded reserves, and some buildings have large special assessments coming. I'll help you review the association's documents so there are no surprises.
